 Ricky Moxley

Ricky Moxley drives the #38 Modified Class car.  He lives in Stuart, Fla.  His home track is New Smyrna Speedway but he can also be found racing at Orlando, Hialeah, Punta Gorden, Ft.Pierce Speedway, Hobe sound Speedway, Jasper, and Fruitland Park.

He started racing in 1988 in the Pure Stock Class at Hialeah Speedway because it was in his families blood.  His father, Roy Moxley and uncle Vaughn Heath started it all.  His first win was in 1992 in the Pure Stock class.  Career highlights include winning 72 races in 4 years in Go Kart racing all over the country before getting into Stock cars with his parents.  Ricky says he's blessed with good friends and family.

The thrill of racing for Ricky is seeing how happy people around him are and the support they give him.  His most excitement in racing are the green flag laps.  He's most proud of winning every car he's been in.

Ricky's racing heroes are Tim Slater, Roy Moxley and Vaughn Heath.

Of racing, Ricky says, "Stay positive in life, believe in God, love your family and everything will be fine!".
