Craig Haack

Craig Haack drives the #8 Legends Pro Class car.  He lives in Lewisburg, TN.  His home track is Inex Speedway.

He started racing in 1997 in the Legends Class at Nashville Fairgrounds because his Dad was an old time racer from Wisconsin and Legends brought his family closer together.  His first win was in 1997 in the Legends Class at Twin Fountains Raceway Park.  In 1999 Craig was the State Champion in Semi Pro Legends and in 2000 he was State Champion in Pro Legends.

The thrill of racing for Craig is being able to be with his family and work with  his Dad.  There is no end to the possibilities.  His most exciting racing moment was winning 6 in a row with 2 different track records.  He is most proud of sticking with it, being able to adapt on the race track.

Craig's racing heroes are Dave Marcius, Alan Kulwicki, and Lyle Nowak.
