Rick Singler
#4
Rick Singler drives the #4 Super Late
Model Class car. He lives in Ormond Beach, FLA. His home track
is Volusia Speedway Park but he can also be found racing at Putnam County
Speedway.
He started racing in 1977 in the Late
Model Class at Medford, OR. because he liked the challenge of working on
the car and then see if you could win. His first win was that same
year. Career highlights include 1982 & 1983 NASCAR Winston Racing
Series Champion.
The thrill of racing for Rick is the
mental challenge. His most exciting racing moment was the 1983 Art
Pollard Memorial Race win. He's most pleased that his family and
friends get a chance to participate.
Rick's racing hero is everybody that gives
it all.
Of racing, Rick says, "You can always get
money, you can never get more time...do it if you can!".
