Rick Scott
#07
Rick Scott drives the #07 Modified Class car. He
lives in New Port Richey, FLA. His home track is East Bay Raceway
Park but he can also be found racing at Volusia and East Lincolnton.
He started racing in 1980 in the Super
Modified at Sandusky Speedway because he had watched as a kid and loved
it. His first win was in 1984 in the Super Modified at Lorain County
Speedway. Career highlights include wins at Lorain County Speedway
and Sandusky Speedway.
The thrill of racing for Rick is the speed
and camaraderie between all drivers. His most exciting racing moment
was crashing at Sandusky Speedway in Ohio. He's most proud of being
able to do it with help and knowledge of his best friend, Gary Brooks.
Rick's racing hero is Gary Brooks.
Of racing, Rick says, "It's fun and you
meet a lot of good people!".
