Scott Drake drives the #12d IMCA/UMP Modified Class car.  He lives in Webb City, MO.  His home track is Joplin 66 Speedway.

He started racing in 1990 in the Modified Class at Monett, MO. to try to succeed in the motorsport industry.  His first win was in 1990 in the Modified Class at Putnam County Raceway.  Career highlights include 2 time Monett Track Champion 1996-97, 1990 IMCA Rookie of the Year and Monett Rookie of the Year.

The thrill of racing for Scott is the competition level.  His most exciting racing moment was losing Boone IMCA Supernationals on the last lap!  He's most proud of all the fine people that have helped him.

Scott's racing heroes are Ken Schrader and Tony Stewart.
