Joe Turner drives the #44 Modified Class car.  He lives in Richmond, KY.  His home track is Burnside Raceway.

He started racing in 1988 in the Bomber Class at Richmond Raceway as he had been around racing all his life.  His first win was that same year. 

The thrill of racing is seeing the thrill on the people's face that sponsor him.  His most exciting racing moment is to start side by side in a race with his oldest son.  He's most proud of the feeling that he gets when he talks to people at the race track.

Joe's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
