Bret Diercks
#4D
Bret Diercks drives the #4D A Modified
Class car. He lives in Bettendorf, IA. His home track is
Davenport Speedway but he can also be found racing at Jackson County
Speedway.
He started racing in 1990 in the Go-Karts
Class at Davenport because of Grandpa. His first win was in 1992 in
the Go-Karts Class at Davenport. Bret finished 3rd in the 1999
National Legend cars and was the 2000 Davenport Speedway Track Champion.
The thrill of racing for Bret is being on
the edge and the speed. His most exciting racing moment was going to
Florida with Gramps and car builder Mike Humphrey.
Bret's racing hero is his Dad, Marty
Diercks.
Of racing, Bret says, "Investment is
