Ron Dwyer drives the #88 Modified Class car. He lives in Bennington, VT. His home track is Lebanon Valley Speedway, but he can also be found racing at Albany Speedway.

Crew and others who have helped include Dan Perna, Terry Stacy, Chris Stacy, Tramain Cosano, Don Matoon and Bernie Dwyer. Car owner is Dan Perna.

He began racing in 1994 in Modified Class at Albany Speedway after playing sports in college, he missed the competition, saw racing on TV.  and thought he  would try it. His first win was in 1995 in Modified Class at Albany Speedway. Career highlights include,  Hot Summer Nights Champion, Fastest 1st Time Winner in Lebanon Valley History, and he won on 4th Big Block Start.

The thrill of racing for him is the fun he has with his friends. His most exciting racing moment was winning his first Big Block Race in only his 4th start. He is most proud of that and that he  accepts whatever happens and what ever is God's plan, with a smile.

His racing hero is Dave Blaney.
