He has raced ever since the
young age of 7 yrs old.
He started out racing Karts locally at Flatrock Speedway, were he raced
for about a year or so.
He then began to race at Lansing raceway, racing locally again for
about 2 or 3 yrs. In his final year at the track he received the track
championship, winning 20 race features in a row out of the 23 race
schedule.
Next he joined the "Great Lakes Sprint Series" where he continued racing
Karts and getting a 4th place points finish in his first year with GLSS.
Then he took up with the WKA to race nationals and also continued racing
in the GLSS at the same time.
During his second year in GLSS he received 2nd in points, losing the title
by a mere 8 points. As well he was racing the WKA nationals, and had an
11th place points finish in his first year.
As 2002 came to a close, he decided to race "Legends Cars" in 2003.
I got hooked up in his 1st Legends Car race in March 2003 at the "Motor
City Meltdown" in Detroit.
His first season in a Legends Car brought him a 4th place in points and a
"Rookie of the Year" title. The 2004 season he was Semi-pro champion and
finished 2nd overall in points in the Michigan Legends Series.
In 2004 he won the Michigan Legends Series Semi-Pro Championship and
Finished 2nd overall and was ranked 52nd of 643 Semi-Pro drivers in the
nation. In 2005 he looks to run many National races and hope for a top 10
in the National standings.
GOALS: He hope to earn a ride in a "ASA" car or a "Hooters Pro Cup car".
Also having that take him to the Nextel cup series. He would like to get
into NASCAR by the age of 18.
