Tom McKay drives the #80 Mini Cup car. He lives in Riverside, RI. His home track is Seekonk Speedway in Mass. He can also be found racing at  Hudson Speedway, NH., Londonderry Speedway, NH and Lee Usa, NH.

Crew members and others who have helped include, Randy Cabral-Cabral Racing, Jason and Robert McKay. Car owners are Paul and Kris McKay.

He began racing in 2001 in S.Y.R.A. at Seekonk Speedway because he has been going to the racetracks his whole life. he knew he could do it. His first win was in 2004 in Mini cup at lee USA Speedway. Career highlights include Seekonk Youth Racing Association Champion in 2004 and in 2004 he had 9 wins. Thirteen out of fifteen Top 5 finishes.

The thrill of racing for him is the need for speed. His most exciting racing moment was his first win in NH. He is most proud of his Championship win in 2004.

Tom's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Jr.
