He began racing in 1977 in PA. in Off-road Buggies and Motorcycles because he liked the speed. His first win was in 1977 in Buggies in PA. Career highlights include, WKA Go Karts 4 Cycle Light in 1992, Championship at Naples, Florida, Lakeland. and 2003 FWRA Mod Lite Champion.

The thrills of racing for him are the competition and the speed. His most exciting racing moment was his first win in Go Kart National at Jacksonville, Florida, and numerous other moments. He is most proud of just being competitive.

His racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
