Chuck Marks drives the #15 Modified Class car. He lives in Ryans Road, MD. His home track is Virginia Motor Speedway, but he can also be seen racing at Potomac, Volusia and Lowe's.

He began racing in 1999 in Modified Class at Virginia Motor Speedway, to have fun. His first win was in 2003 in Modified Class at Potomac Speedway. Career highlights include, winning at Potomac and finishing 6th at the Dirt Track at Lowes.

The thrill of racing for him is the speed. His most exciting racing moment was when he went to Lowes and finished 6th. He is most proud of having a good track to race and wonderful drivers to race against.

Chuck's racing hero is Michael Waltrip.
