Scott A. Duval drives the #17 Modified Class car. He lives in  Bloomer, WI. His home track is Rice Lake Speedway, but he can also be found racing at Monster Hall Raceway and Eagle Raceway.

He began racing in 1990 in Street Stock Class at Rice Lake Speedway because he had been going to races since he was in diapers. His first win was in 1994 in Super Stock Class at Rice lake. Career highlights include 200 MHR Raceway Track Champion, 2001 Runner Up, Top 20 in Nationals every year since 1997 in Modified.

The thrills of racing for him are winning, the kids, spectators and helping other racers. His most exciting racing moment was  his first big money Feature win, $2000 at Fountain City Speedway. He is proud of the fact that he started out with nothing and has came a long way.

Scott's racing hero is Jimmy Mars #28 X-Treme.
