His first win was in 1994 in the Hobby Stock Class at Columbia Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Scott is out
running everyone else on the track. His most exciting racing
moment was racing with the big boys at Charlotte and out running some
big name drivers. It was very exciting running 2nd and swapping
back and forth with those guys. He's most proud that he gets to be
with his family and friends throughout the week and the weekend.
He is fortunate to be able to be with them all of the time.
Scott's racing hero is his Dad.
Of racing, Scott says, ""Great
family sport, it's harder than it looks and it's very expensive!".
