Bobby started racing in 1994 in the
Street Stock Class at Kingsport and Volunteer Speedway. His first
win was in '94 at Kingsport in the Street Stock. Career highlights
include Sportsman Championship in '99, '00 and '03 at Volunteer
Speedway, Super Stock Championship in 2000 at Volunteer Speedway, Crate
Late Model Championship in '07 at Volunteer Speedway and over 120
Feature wins!
The thrill of racing for Bobby is the
speed and winning. His most exciting racing moment was when he and
his brother, Jeff, were racing door to door for 16 laps for the win and
Bobby won! He's most proud of the fact that his competitors know
that he is a clean driver.
Bobby's racing heroes are Herman Goddard
and Freddie Smith.
