ROBBIE BAUMAN

#30 Jr.

 Robbie Bauman drives the #30 E-Modified Class car.  He is 18 years old and lives in Fairview, IL.  His Home Track is Spoon River Speedway and he also races at Peoria Speedway.

Robbie's car is a dark brown and white MRE Race Car with a 358 Chevy engine.

He started racing in 1997 in Go-Karts and  2001 in  the E-Modified Class at Spoon River Speedway because it's been a family activity for many years, so he got involved.

Robbie's first win in Go-Karts was in 1997 and his first win in E-Modified was in 2001.   His 2001 highlights were winning the first Heat race and running 3rd behind his dad at a USMTS race.  In 1998 Robbie won 3 Go-Kart Features in one day!

The thrill of racing for Robbie is coming out of turn four and stomping on the gas!  His greatest thrill was the first time he went on the track.   Robbie's greatest moment was passing his dad for the lead, then spinning out after getting so excited.

Willie Bauman, James Mennel, Dawn Mennel, M&M Roll Cage, and his crew have helped Robbie in his racing career.
