Jason Hiett

Jason Hiett drives the #1 Sportsman Class car.  His home track is Talladega Short Track but he can also be found racing at Green Valley Speedway.  He lives in Lincoln, AL.  People who help Jason are:  Jimmie and Jake.

He started racing in 1997 in the Pony Class at Talladega Short Track because his Dad raced.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 3 wins his first year, 12 wins in 2003 and 7 wins in 2004. 

The thrill of racing for Jason is going fast.  His most exciting racing moment was when he finished 2nd in 1999 with his Dad finishing #1 and his uncle was 3rd.  He's most proud of being smooth and consistent every weekend. 

Jason's racing hero is his Dad.
