Scott Lynch drives the #99 Modified Class car.  He lives in Albuerque, NM. His home track is Hollywood Hills.

He began racing in 1981 in Sportsman Class (Old Coupe) at Speedway Park because his father had raced since 1962. His first win was in 1984 in Sportsman Class at Duke City Raceway. Career highlights include Rookie of the Year 1981.

The thrill of racing for him is the Super Nationals. His most exciting racing moment was when he rolled the car in 1984. He is most proud of building his own car, starting from a totaled chassis and being competitive.

His racing hero is his father, Wild Bill Lynch.

Of racing, Scott says, "It's not cheap".
