Paul Lishman drives the #28 Modified car. He lives in Texarkana, Ark. His home track is Texarkana Speedway but he can be found racing at Ark, La, Tex Speedway.

He began racing in 1996 in Hot Stock Class at Stateline Speedway out of a Family Tradition. His first win was in 1997 same Class and Track. Career highlights include 15 Feature wins and two $1000 win Events.

The thrills of racing for him are speed and the challenge. Paul's most exciting racing moment was 5-12-2004, Battling for the front and flipped seven times and still has the same car. He is most proud of being competitive on a weekly basis.

His racing heroes are Rusty Wallace and Sammy Swindell.
