Rick Reiter drives the #22R IMCA Hobby Stock Class car.  His home track is Boone Speedway.  He lives in Des Moines, IA.

Team members helping Rick are:  Gary Logan, Terry "Pockets" Hurley, Danny Watson aka "Fathead".  Danny Watson is the car owner.

Rick started racing in 2005 in the Hobby Stock Class at Boone Speedway so he could spend all his money before his wife does.  His first win was in 2006 in the Hobby Stock Class at Boone Speedway.  Career highlights include 2 Heat wins, 2 Feature wins, 8 top 10's.

The thrill of racing for Rick is watching his kids smile when he sees them at the fence waving at him.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win.  He's most proud of his 2006 Nationals car.

Rick's racing hero is his Father, Terry Hurley aka "Pockets".

Of racing, Rick says, "It's a lot of fun but make sure you have what you want and are established financially before you get started because you will be broke as all your spare money will be in the car!".
