Donavon Smith drives the #35x Hobby Stock Class car.  His home track is Buena Vista Raceway, but he can also be found racing at Marshalltown Speedway and Shelby County Speedway.  He lives in Lake City, IA.

Team members helping Donavon are:  Dave, Dustin, Devin, Doug, Daniel, Dean, Rock and Jon.

He started racing in 1995 in the Hobby Stock Class.  His first win was in 1998 in the Hobby Stock Class at Buena Vista Raceway.  Career highlights include 2004 Super Nationals win.

His most exciting racing moment was the Super Nationals win.  He's most proud of keeping up.

Donavon's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.

Of racing, Donavon says, "It's a rush!".
