Jim Ball Jr. drives the #7B Hobby Stock Class car.  His home track is Independence Motor Speedway.  He lives in Independence, IA.

Team members helping Jim are:  Dad, Brad and kids.

Jim started racing in 1994 in the Hobby Stock Class at Independence Motor Speedway because it was something to do on Saturday night.  His first win was in 1996 in the Hobby Stock Class at Independence Motor Speedway. 

The thrill of racing for Jim is going fast.  His most exciting racing moment is the start of a race, when you start in the back.  He's most proud of making it this far.

Jim's racing hero is Greg Hunter.

Of racing, Jim says, "It's fun, but can be spendy!".
