Mathias Lux drives the #33M Hobby Stock Class car.  His home track is Buena Vista Raceway but he can also be found racing at Sioux Speedway, Clay County Fairground and Jackson Speedway (Minnesota).  He lives in Hartley, IA.

Team members helping Mathias are:  Adam Lux, Eric Ackerman, Laura, Pam.

Mathias started racing in 2001 in the Hobby Stock Class at Buena Vista Raceway because he always wanted to.  Career highlights include Heat wins in '10 at Buena Vista Raceway, finishing 9th in the Points in '10 at Buena Vista Raceway.

The thrill of racing for Mathias is the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was winning the Heat Race in '10.  He's most proud of clean driving and helping other racers.

Mathias's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.

Of racing, Mathias says, "Go for it.  If you have the desire, give it a shot even if it's a 4 Cyl or a Bomber.  At least try!".
