R M Van Pay drives the #00 Modified Class car. He lives in Green Bay, WI. His home track is Luxemburg Speedway, but he can also be found racing at Seymour Speedway, WI.

He began racing in 1982 at  Shawno in Sportsman Class because he had been interested in racing since watching it as a child. His first win was in 1982 at Luxemburg speedway in Sportsman Class. Career highlights include, 11 Track Titles and 120 Modified Feature wins.

The thrill of racing for him is the challenge of racing with some of the best. His most exciting racing moment  was years ago, winning 2 National Races when they had the Traveling Series. He is most proud of all of the accomplishments and all of the friends he has made through racing.
