Mitch Higdon drives the #45 Modified Class car.  His home track is Lee County Speedway but he can also be found racing at 34 Raceway.  He lives in Ft. Madison, IA.

Team members helping Mitch are:  Paul Lawson, Dad, Mom, Karmen Keisey.  Mom and Dad are the car owners.

Mitch started racing in 2000 in the Karts Class at Shimeck Speedway because he loved racing.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include finishing 5th in the Points at Lee County Speedway in A Modifieds.

The thrill of racing for Mitch is racing hard.  His most exciting racing moment is when he's going for the lead.  He's most proud of his improvement and working with his Dad on the car.

Of racing, Mitch says, "It's a good sport but expensive.  You get to hang with family and friends!".
