Jesse Cowles drives the #83 Modified Class car.  His home track is I-80 Speedway but he can also be found racing at Park Jefferson Speedway, Eagle Raceway and Shelby County Speedway.  He lives in Council Bluffs, IA.

Team members helping Jesse are:  Denny Johnson, Nick Mitchell.

Jesse started racing in 2000 in the Modified Class at Park Jefferson Speedway because his Dad started in '94 and Jesse picked it up from there.  His first win was in '05 in the Modified Class at Blackbird Bend Speedway.  Career highlights include '06 South Dakota Nationals Champion, '08 runner up Nascar Modified Points at I-80 Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Jesse is searching for new setups, getting better year to year.  His most exciting racing moment was qualifying for a VSMTS race at age 16.  He's most proud of his '06 South Dakota Nationals win.

Jesse's racing hero is Bill Smith.
