Mike Nichols drives the #63 IMCA Stock Car.  His home track is Iowa State Fairgrounds but he can also be found racing at Thunderhill Speedway.  He lives in Harlan, IA.

Team members helping Mike are:  Justin Gessert, Sterling Sorensen, Josh Nielsen, Brian Dotzler, Chris Gaul, Axel Petersen.  Nichols Racing is the car owner.

Mike started racing in 1990 in the Go Karts Class at Blencoe, IA to spend time with his Dad.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include '02, '04, '07, '10 IMCA Stock Car National Champion, '04 Race of Champions winner.

The thrill of racing for Mike is meeting friends.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first National title.  He's most proud of meeting good friends.

Mike's racing hero is Dave Murray Jr.
