Mark McNeece drives the #1 Northern Sport
Modified Class car. His home track is Marshalltown Speedway but he
can also be found racing at Boone Speedway. He lives in Albion,
IA.

Mark started racing in 1992 in the Hobby
Stock Class at Marshalltown Speedway because he wrecked his 1978 Monte
Carol and someone heard about it. Made it into a Hobby Stock they
let him hot lap it and he was hooked. Never been to a race before
that and haven't missed one since. His first win was in 1997 in
the Hobby Stock Class at Marshalltown Speedway. Career highlights
include Feature win 2nd night out in Sports Modified, finished 5th in
the Points in 2006.
The thrill of racing for Mark is the
rush. His most exciting racing moment was his first win and his
first rollover. He's most proud of win in each class.
Mark's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
