Marcus Yarie drives the #58 IMCA Sport
Modified Class car. His home track is Langlade County Speedway but
he can also be found racing at Shawano Speedway. He lives in Warsau,
WI.

Marcus started racing in 2002 in the Go
Karts Class at GSR Kartway because he likes to compete against people and
he likes racing. His first win was that same year. Career
highlights include '03 won Championship in Controlled Stock Go Kart Class,
won 19 Features in '03, started in an IMCA Sports Modified in '06 and on
4th night won the Heat and Feature, '07 won 15 Heats and 5 Features,
finishing 10th in Harris Clash.
The thrill of racing for Marcus is to be
able to go out on the track and go fast. His most exciting racing
moment was when he won his first Heat Race and Feature Race in an IMCA
Sport Mod. He's most proud of being able to race at Boone in '07 and
winning a Heat Race.
Marcus's racing hero is A. J. Diemel.
