Matt Stephenson drives the #55 Sprint Class car.  His home track is Iowa State Fair Speedway but he can also be found racing at Knoxville Raceway and Bloomfield Speedway.  He lives in Des Moines, IA.

Team members helping Matt are:  Dad, Mike - brother, Friends - Todd, Ryan, and Big Jim. 

Matt started racing in 1994 in the 360 Sprint Class at Knoxville Raceway because he and Tim St. Arnold started together.  His first win was in '05 in the Sprint Class at Bloomfield Speedway  Career highlights include winning Season Points Race at Bloomfield Speedway, won opening night at Iowa State Fair Speedway and Vinton Iowa County Fair.

The thrill of racing for Matt is the time with his Dad and he likes the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was winning the non-wing as 305 at Knoxville Raceway. 

Matt's racing hero is Steve Kinser.

Of racing, Matt says, "You meet a lot of great friends.  You become a racing family!".
