Vic Lovejoy drives the #2V Late Model Class car.  His home track is Shelby County Speedway.  He lives in Manillia, IA.

Team members helping Vic are:  Wife-Bobbi, Mom, Dad, Devon, Amanda, Angela, Alyssia, Ashlue, Deven. 

Vic started racing in 1984 in the Street Stock Class at Independence Motor Speedway following in his Father's footsteps.  His first win was in '96 in the Pro Stock Class at Fayette County Speedway.  Career highlights include Points Championship 3 years at Stewart, NE, '05 Points Champion at Albion, NE, several Heat and Feature wins.

The thrill of racing for Vic is doing well, winning and watching the family get excited.  His most exciting racing moment was his Points Championship win in '05.  He's most proud of being respected by other drivers as a clean driver at all times.

Vic's racing hero is his Dad, Dennis Lovejoy.

Of racing, Vic says, "When it's in the blood, it's tough to do anything else!".
