Floyd Martin Sr. is 46 and from Interlacher. Putnam County Speedway is his home track but he also races at Lake City, and Volusia. Floyd started racing in 1987 in a street stock for a hobby. He got his first win in 1994 at Putnam Co. on a street stock. He ran second in points that year. The car is a Chevy Nova with a 350. Dale Earnhardt is still his racing hero but he likes Kevin Harvick and Dale Jr. also Winning $600 in a Coca Cola race and running second in the points are the things that Floyd is the most proud of. SPEED!!!!!!!! is the thrill. Floyds Goal is to win a Chamiopnship.
