      Philip  is 23 years old and from Taylorville Il. He started racing in 96 in a bomber at Fayette Co Speedway.  He won his first race his Rookie year.

      The car is a Chevie Monte Carlo with a 355 c.in engine. 

   Phil ran  2nd in the Brownstown points in 98.  He also won 6 features that year. 

    Phil Started because it is "too much fun! " His Dad Leon has helped a lot. " 

    Phil wants to to be a Champion and drive a modified.

    Earnhardt is his guy.
