     Ray Walsh modified #1W from St. Louis, MO is 30 years of age. His home track is I-67 Raceway in Godfrey, IL but you can also catch him at Brownstown, Haubstadt and Mt. Vernon.

     Ray began racing in 1986 in the street stock division. His first win came in 1988 at St. Charles, MO. His best points finish was 6th in UMP modified points in 1999.

     Ray's modified is a Nallynuski chassis powered by an SCP race engine. His racing hero is Tom Seppi.

     Ray's greatest racing accomplishment is his 1998 Nascar championship. His greatest racing thrill was Speedweek 2001. Ray's racing goal is to someday drive a late model.
