     Jim Howard late model #27H from Leroy, IL is 32 years of age. His home track is Fairbury but he also races at Farmer City.

      Jim began racing in 1994 in the street stock division. He got his first wins in 1995 in a modified at Farmer City and Fairbury. Jim's best points finish is 6th in the late model division at Farmer City.

     Jim's late model is a Mastersbilt chassis powered by a Chevy race engine. His racing hero is "the Tall Cool One" Bob Pierce.

     Jim's greatest racing accomplishments are 2 heat wins and finishing 6th in a feature. His biggest racing thrill is "lifting the left front"! Jim's goal is to someday get a ride.
