Matthew Bowles pure stock #69 from Belleville, IL is 25 years of age. He began racing in 2000. BelleClaire Speedway is his home track. Matthew’s love for building engines got him started in racing. 

Matthew’s first win came in the 2001 racing season at BelleClaire and he is currently runnin 3rd in the points. His car is a 1984 Buick Regal powered by a 350 Chevy engine. 

Matthew’s racing hero is Ken Schrader. His greatest accomplishment so far is his first heat race win. Matthew hopes to someday move up to sportsman and be competitive. He would like to thank his parents for all of their help and support.
