Mandie Hubner
#2
Mandie races hornets out of Bethalto . 2000 was her rookie year. Mandie got her first win
6/30/01 at her home track Tri-city Speedway.
Mandie started racing because her
Grandma is a die hard fan and got her brother hooked on it. He saw
the hornet class and wanted her to try it. "I thought they were
slow until I got out there...... its different when you have 25 cars
surround you."
The car: Its a 4 cylinder Toyota.
"There is not much to this cherry of a car. Red with a few
dents, and just a touch of rust!... It has a "nifty sun roof!
Thanks to Uncle Mark, " he is a
great guy and I would not be here with out him. Thanks for buying it
and and sharing it with me, and for puttiing up with me and dad, anddoint
all the work,
Thanks to my brother Ricky for all the
racing tips and getting me hooked on it. Thanks to the Wild 1 pit crew
Steven Buddy Josh Chuckster, Jessica, and Mom for having faith in
me/
I would
love to keep racing in this class. I have made so many friends, I love to
get out there and finish with a smile on my face. I accomplished my
goal of winning a heat race.
Quote: God grant me the serenity to
accept the things I can not change, the courage to change the things I can
and the Wisdom to know the difference.
