Lonnie began racing in 1997 at Brownstown in a team car. He tried it one night and decided that he liked it.

The noise, dirt, sound of the engines roaring all are a part of the thrill of racing for Lonnie.

Winning his first heat race was the biggest racing thrill so far.

Learning how to set up a car so it will run in the top 5 every week ranks as Lonnie's greatest racing accomplishment.

Lonnie's goal is to win a track championship some time.
