     Bill Wagoner modified #T4 from Hindsboro, IL is 24 years of age. He races at Charleston Speedway, Vermilion County Speedway, Clay County Speedway and Farmer City Raceway.

     Bill began racing in 1998 in a super street. He started because his dad used to race.

     Bill's modified is a Bob Pierce race car. His racing hero is Tony Stewart.

     Bill's greatest racing accomplishment was making the feature at the John Evans Memorial, Charleston Speedway. His biggest racing thrill is starting the feature. Bill is still looking for his first win, that is his racing goal.
