George Ewing

George Ewing #182 is 18 and lives in Decatur. He started racing a street stock in 2000 .He calls Macon his home track, but he’ll race anywhere his brother will take the car. Although he has yet to win, he’s sure it’s coming soon! 

George races a Chevy Monte Carlo powered by a 355 Weedbuilt race engine. He started racing because he was sure he could beat his brother Steve. He says his greatest racing accomplishment is” being just like Mike.” Mike Pickering is his racing hero. 

George’s goal is to win every race he is in. George wants to thank his Dad, Mom and his brother. He would also like to thank all the people who have given him parts and pieces to put the car on the track every week. 

George says "the best handling car will win more than the biggest motor ever will!!!!!!"
