Ron Gerhardt drives car #98 in the Pro Modified class.  He lives in Evansville, IN.  His home track is Haubstadt, IN.  He has also raced at Chandler, IN, Owensboro, KY and Red Hill, IL.

Ron started racing in 1999 in the Pro Modified class.  It was a life long dream to race after working at his grandfathers race track, the Speed Rome Track.  He achieved his first win the same year, 1999.

Ron's career highlights include Rookie of the Year in 1999 and winning 3 Features.

The thrill of racing for Ron is getting on the track.  His greatest thrill was pitting next to Randy Kinser and getting to meet his family.

Ron feels that his greatest accomplishment is achieving Rookie of the Year his first year.
