Al is 43 years old and races modifieds out of Bedford In. Brownstown is his home track but he also races at Montpelier In. and Richmond Ky.

The car is a Hobbs Chassis with a Chevy engine.

Racing was a life time dream for  Al. he started racing Super Stocks at Brownstown in 1986. He got his first win in 1987 at Loogootee In in a Super Stock. 

In Aug of 2001 he switched to a Modified. He finished 5th the last two nights of the year at Loogootee.

When we ask Al what the thrill of racing for him was he said " I just like being at the track!"

His first win is his greatest racing accomplishment. Al races Saturday nights only so his goal is just have fun.
