Cherity is 25 years old and from Pekin In. 

Her 2002 car is a 1977 Mustang II.

Cherity started racing in a mini stock at Thunder Valley speedway in 1997. When we as her why she started racing she said, "I love the Challenge of doing things that people tell me I can not do. People think women can not drive and I want to prove them wrong.  She got her first win her rookie year at Bakersfield speedway in a Mini stock.

2001 highlights included 11 top 5 and 9 top 10 finishes. 7th in the points at Sullivan Motor Speedway.

1997 brought a 13th place in points, 1998 10th, 1999 a 4th, 2000 a 10th, and 2001 7th. 1997-98 at Salem and 1999-200 at Sullivan motor speedway.

The thrill of racing for Cherity is the adrenaline rush of racin with another car. "it doesn't matter if its for 1st or last as long as its clean racing."

Her greatest racin thrill was the night she beat her father and every night since.

When ask about her greatest racing accomplishment she said "finishing 4th in the points at Sullivan. It was the first time I actually felt like I belonged on the track.

The 2002 goal is to win her first feature.

When ask her favorite driver she replied "Me of course, and Jeff Gordon in Nascar.
