Mike is 30 years old and from Madisonville Ky. He drives  the #7 modified at his home track of  Western Ky. 

The car is a lightning chassis with a 406 full roller, Alcohol fueled.

Mike started racing   in 2000 in a Pure stock  for "something to do." he won his first race his rookie year and the track championship at Western Ky. Speedway. 

The thrill of racing for   Mike is  winning. The greatest racing thrill he had was after he tore up his modified last year. " I brought a cruiser car at the track just to race, I ended up running into another car which I owned, and I also flipped several times. The person I bought the car from  did not know how to weld because all the roll bars broke out including the  one which my seat belts bolted to.  I did not break any bones but I had a massive head ache and was sore all over for a few days.

The goal for 2002 is to win a UMP heat or feature or just finished one night with out breaking.
