Joe Welsh# 3W Joe Welsh is 37 years old from
Owensboro, Ky. His home
track is Windy Hollow but he also races at Central Park Raceway. Joe
started racing in 1999 in both Pure Stock And Street Stock divisions. When
asked why he started racing he says ‘Because I was an idiot!” Joe’s
career highlights was leading the Westerfield Memorial in 2000 and the
losing control of the car in turn 4 on the last lap and coming in 2nd
place. The
trill for racing for Joe is just, “having fun.” Crew
