Charlie Smith drives the #71 Modified car.  He is 25 years old and lives in Forney, TX.  His home track is Thunderbird Speedway and Charlie also races at Greenville/North Texas.

Charlie started racing in 2002 in the Modified class at Thunderbird Speedway because he loves to go fast!

His first win was in 2002 in the Modified class.

Charlie's career highlight is being a rookie.

The thrill of racing for Charlie is going fast!  Winning his first race was the greatest thrill for Charlie.  His greatest accomplishment is "it's a family deal".
