Skip Luther drives the #73 Ministock car.  He is 39 years old and lives in Kaufman, TX.  His home track is Thunderbird Speedway but he also races at North Texas Motor Speedway.

He drives a white with blue and red numbers 2300 Ford Pinto chassis.

Skip started racing in 1983 in the Stock class at Buffalo Park.  Why wouldn't you start racing he asks?

His first win was in 1986 in the Stock class at Thunderbird Speedway.  In 2001, after taking a year off, Skip came back to win 5 features and was 2nd in points.

Skip's career highlights are every moment on the track!  He was Track Champion in 1999 at Thunderbird Speedway in the ministock class.

The thrill of racing for Skip is "all of it".  His greatest racing thrill was that first win.  His greatest accomplishment was the Track Championship in 1999.

Skip's racing goals are to "keep up the car and win, hopefully, a ride.

His wife Pam has helped him in his racing career.

Dale Earnhardt Sr. is still his favorite driver but Jr. is getting better!

Skip says "Drive every lap like it was your last!".
