Effective
on May 24th at 10:30pm Billy Egeler has become the Official voice of the
newly remodeled Kentucky Motor Speedway in Whitesville, KY.
This is a ground floor opportunity for me and a major stepping stone for my
announcing career. With the races that Mr. Strupe is going to put on at this
NEW 3/8 mile track it very well could lead to bigger and better things!
I will also be the announcer for the NEW Dirt Track being built on the same
property to be run on Friday Nights next season and the NEW Drag Strip that
will be run on Sundays next season.
This is the opportunity I have been looking for to get me in the spot light
to try to advance!!

The Bluegrass Bash that was scheduled to be held at Windy Hollow Speedway in
Owensboro, KY has been moved to another track due to an increase in track
rental cost.
After a meeting with Windy Hollow Speedway Management on Monday April 8th
and receiving a 6 fold increase I have been forced to mover the race to
another track.
The race will be held at Soggy Bottom Speedway in Morgantown, KY.
Mac and Lisa Gabbert (owners of SBS) have welcomed me with open arms and
have a lot to offer. The track is a 3/8 mile and has seating for over 4,000
fans! The PA system is great and the over all facility is alot more fan and
racer friendly!
I will be leasing this track and bringing all of MY crew with me for the
event!
